1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
You and Syscality enter a binding contract through these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), which is entered into between Syscality, a division of Widening Horizons Innovators LLP, governing all access to and use of Syscality.com (the “Site”).
Your act of accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Site constitutes your affirmative and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Refusal to accept these Terms precludes any right to use the Site.
This contract represents the exclusive and complete understanding between the parties concerning the Site and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT
Syscality reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall bind all users immediately upon publication to the Site, accompanied by an updated effective date.
Continued access to or use of the Site following amendment publication constitutes your express consent to the modified Terms. Users bear sole responsibility for reviewing amendments.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER REPRESENTATIONS
By accessing the Website, you affirm and certify:
(a) You are 18 or older and possess the authority to form this legal contract;
(b) Law does not forbid your use of the Site or its features;
(c) You agree to follow every law, rule, and regulation applicable to you;
(d) All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete;
(e) Your Site usage will only be legal and follow these Terms;
(f) You will not use the Website in any manner that violates the rights of others, restricts their access or enjoyment, or exposes the Company to legal liability or reputational harm.
If any representation is found to be false or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users are expressly prohibited from:
(a) Accessing, scraping, or downloading content using automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar technologies without written authorization;
(b) Copying, sharing, spreading, sending, or showing Site content without our written approval;
(c) Reverse-engineering, decoding, or attempting to derive the underlying technology or methodology of the Website;
(d) Transmitting or introducing any malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code;
(e) Engaging in harassment, intimidation, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language directed at any individual or group;
(f) Posting spam, unsolicited promotional content, or advertising materials;
(g) Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with the Website’s security measures, access controls, or monitoring systems;
(h) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, user accounts, or backend systems;
(i) Framing, mirroring, or embedding the Website or any portion thereof on third-party domains;
(j) Misrepresenting affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from the Company;
(k) Violating any intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary interests.
Violation of any provision herein may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Company Content
The Company owns or controls all Website elements—written guides, visual designs, photographs, video content, educational tutorials, research analyses, product evaluations, branding marks, page layouts, and programming code—either directly or through licensing agreements.
Federal and state copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights protect these materials exclusively.
The Company retains all rights to its content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2 Restrictions on Use
Users may not:

The Website may include content, references, or links to third-party materials, websites, or services. The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, accuracy, legality, or compliance. External content follows the rules set by its creator.
6. AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIPS AND DISCLOSURES
6.1 Nature of Affiliate Relationships
The Company participates in affiliate partnerships with software vendors, service providers, hosting platforms, and tool suppliers. When Users click links to these partners, the Company may receive monetary compensation or other consideration.
All affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly on the Website. Users accessing or purchasing through affiliate links do so with full knowledge that the Company may benefit financially.
6.2 Affiliate Link Disclaimer
(a) Affiliate commissions do not influence editorial judgment, recommendation quality, or content accuracy;

(b) The Company is not liable for third-party product quality, performance, customer service, or outcomes;
(c) Users are responsible for reviewing third-party terms, return policies, privacy policies, and service agreements independently;
(d) Disputes with affiliate partners are the User’s responsibility and must be resolved directly with the partner.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1 “AS-IS” Provision
All content, guides, recommendations, strategies, tool reviews, and services on the Website are provided on an “AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE” basis without warranties, representations, or conditions in any form, whether stated, assumed, required by law, or otherwise.

(a) The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content;
(b) The suitability, fitness, or appropriateness of recommendations for your specific circumstances;
(c) Search engine rankings, organic traffic increases, or revenue growth resulting from implementation of guides;
(d) The performance, functionality, availability, or security of third-party tools or services;
(e) The legality, compliance, or regulatory alignment of any strategy or recommendation;
(f) Freedom from errors, omissions, viruses, or harmful code;
(g) Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free Website availability.
7.3 No Professional Advice
Content provided on the Website is educational material only and is not professional counsel, such as but not confined to legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, business consulting, or personalized strategy development. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Exclusion of Damages
AS FAR AS LAW ALLOWS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT, THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TOWARD YOU OR OTHERS FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, ACCESSORY, EXTRAORDINARY, FUTURE, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
(a) Loss of revenue, profits, business income, or anticipated earnings;
(b) Loss of business opportunity, contract, or customer relationship;
(c) Loss or corruption of data, files, or information;
(d) Inability to achieve desired search rankings, traffic increases, or conversion improvements;
(e) Damages caused by third-party vendors, affiliate partners, or external services;
(f) Reliance on accuracy, completeness, or applicability of Website content;
(g) Website downtime, unavailability, or technical errors;
(h) Breach, unauthorized access, or misuse of user data or accounts.
This protection stands regardless of claim type—contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal grounds—and whether Syscality anticipated the harm.
8.2 Limitation Cap
Under all circumstances, Syscality’s maximum responsibility to you will never exceed payments you’ve made to us over the previous 12 months—or ₹500—whichever is higher.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES
9.1 Links Not Endorsed
Syscality might include links to outside sites, tools, and resources run by others. The Company does not endorse, control, maintain, or assume responsibility for linked websites or their content.
9.2 User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that:
(a) Access to external websites is at the User’s own risk and discretion;
(b) The Company is not liable for content, availability, functionality, legality, or accuracy of external websites;
(c) Linked websites are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies;
(d) The Company is not responsible for disputes, fraudulent activity, or misconduct occurring on external websites;
(e) Users must review external website terms and policies independently before engaging.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Website use falls under our Privacy Policy, fully part of these Terms. Accessing Syscality means you agree to data handling as outlined there.
You may view, edit, or ask to erase your personal information per Indian privacy laws like the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act.
11. EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS
11.1 Opt-In
Users who subscribe to the Company’s email communications (“Email List”) do so voluntarily and affirmatively consent to receive weekly guides, tool reviews, digital marketing strategies, and related communications.
11.2 Unsubscribe
Users may unsubscribe from the Email List at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting the Company directly. Unsubscription takes effect within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Data Use
Syscality never sells, rents, trades, or leaks email addresses to outsiders. Email data is used solely for the delivery of requested communications and service improvements. Users are bound by the Company’s Privacy Policy regarding email data handling.
12. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMENTS
12.1 License Grant
If Users submit comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content to the Website (“User Content”), Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute such content without compensation or attribution.
12.2 Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
(a) Edit, delete, or refuse to display User Content;
(b) Use User Content for any lawful purpose, including in guides, marketing, or communications;
(c) Reference User feedback in future content or promotional materials;
(d) Combine User Content with other data or insights.
12.3 Limitations
The Company is not responsible for:
(a) User Content submitted by other Users;
(b) Accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of User Content;
(c) Disputes arising from User Content;
(d) Intellectual property infringement in User Content.
You alone handle the content you upload and guarantee full ownership of all rights to it.
13. CONTENT ACCURACY AND UPDATES
13.1 Best Efforts
The Company strives to maintain accurate, current, and relevant content. However, the Company makes no guarantee regarding content accuracy, completeness, or applicability to individual circumstances.
13.2 Outdated Information
Older guides may contain outdated information due to platform updates, algorithm changes, or evolving best practices. Users should:
(a) Cross-reference with official vendor documentation;
(b) Check publication dates and revision notes;
(c) Test recommendations in controlled environments;
(d) Report inaccuracies to allow for updates.
13.3 Updates
The Company may update, revise, or remove content at any time without notice. Updated content supersedes previous versions.
14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
14.1 Termination Rights
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate User access to the Website at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.
14.2 Grounds for Termination
Termination may be triggered by:
(a) Violation of this Agreement;
(b) Violation of applicable law;
(c) Conduct harmful to the Website, Company, or other Users;
(d) Engagement in fraudulent or malicious activity;
(e) Infringement of intellectual property rights;
(f) Unauthorized scraping or automated access.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
(a) User’s right to access the Website ceases immediately;
(b) User accounts and associated data may be deleted;
(c) Outstanding obligations and liabilities survive termination;
(d) Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution remain in effect.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1 Governing Law
Indian laws—Delhi jurisdiction—apply fully, ignoring conflict rules.
15.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction
All disputes, lawsuits, or claims stemming from or connected to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delhi, and Users irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction, venue, and forum of such courts.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 Informal Resolution
Prior to initiating formal legal action, Users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company at support@syscality.com with a detailed description of the dispute. The Company will respond within fifteen (15) business days.
16.2 Legal Action
If talks fail, Indian law governs, with Delhi courts holding sole authority (see Section 15).
17. SEVERABILITY
If courts strike any part as invalid or unenforceable, that section drops out while the rest stays fully active.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms—plus Privacy Policy and site-specific rules—form our complete deal, overriding all past talks, emails, or promises.
19. NO WAIVER
Delaying enforcement doesn’t forfeit rights. Waivers require signed, written approval from Syscality.

By accessing and using Syscality.com, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms and conditions, and agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.
